    Following a major global re-branding initiative designed to claim top-3 industry placement as a preeminent Microsoft Dynamics partner, Columbus required the rapid technical rollout of a modernized content management system for its U.S. presence alongside standardized operational mastery across its international teams.

    To resolve this, the comprehensive configuration and backend implementation of the Sitecore CMS platform was done by an agency, while I learned the platform and built a specialized adoption training programs for other countries. The project successfully enabled 25 international contacts across 19 countries to confidently operate the system, ensuring uniform adherence to strict corporate publishing standards and preventing platform fragmentation.
