Collaborated within a four-person founding team to develop a sustainable monetization strategy for corporate partner Kelp Blue, designing an eco-friendly hydrophobic fabric bonding concept using sodium alginate and localized Namibian beeswax partnerships. Executed primary data and corporate impact research. Strategically managed critical stakeholder relations and defused severe internal team conflict by using objective research to counter a peer bandwagon bias, successfully de-escalating accusatory group dynamics and re-establishing trust with the company stakeholder. This specific intervention served as the direct operational inspiration for the creation of the Non-Judgmental Thinking course.
